Santiago Solutions Group conducted Hispanic opportunity sizing evaluation, then re-positioned Money Mart brand to Hispanic market. We developed phased implementation strategy that included store re-design, staff training and time-sensitive radio and OOH campaign.
Santiago Solutions Group revitalized Telscape’s brand promise to the Hispanic market and developed a communications plan to drive awareness, acquisition and retention for local telephony and pre-paid wireless introduction. The two year plan included DRTV, DM, radio and print media, as well as Retail.
Santiago Solutions Group developed an in-culture voice for the Salud con Health Net program. We then produced local radio spots featuring actual health care providers speaking in-language and in-context to regional Hispanic audiences.
